Trusted Collision Repair Service

Collision repair is complicated business. It requires knowledge, experience, sophisticated equipment and a team of individuals dedicated to high quality and customer service.

Here are the steps we take to repair your vehicle.

1.         We inspect your vehicle and prepare a preliminary repair estimate.  This estimate is used as the basis to obtain authorization from the insurance company to pay for repair to the vehicle.

2.         We will provide you a copy of the estimate and secure your authorization to repair the vehicle.

3.         We will help you secure a rental car. Depending on the situation, rental cars are often covered by insurance.

4.         We order parts and begin the “tear down” of the vehicle.

5.         We re-inspect the car to look for hidden damage. We refine damage estimates, prepare additional work orders, and order additional parts.

6.         We repair the vehicle. This may involve straightening bent or damaged metal parts, replacing damages parts, welding, and aligning the vehicle. Glass replacement and upholstery repairs are completed here.

7.         We paint the vehicle. This involves preparing surfaces, masking, sanding, priming, matching paint, spraying, polishing and finishing. Freshly painted surfaces are then dried and cured.

8.         Remaining parts such as headlights and trim are reattached and reassembled.

9.         Your vehicle will be washed and prepared for delivery.

10.       Final billing is prepared for insurance purposes or for customer payment. Your car is delivered.
