Dear Mr. Townsend,

It was a distinct pleasure to meet you in person when we came to pick up our newly repaired and renovated Town Car. You personally checked the condition of our car with us-lights, turn signals, even the condition of the trunk. When you found leaves fell in the trunk from the accident you took it back to be vacuumed. When you heard us say we planned to take a trip to Big Bear, you volunteered to have all the fluids checked and added antifreeze to the radiator. We couldn't ask for more.

Of course the condition of the car delighted us, especially knowing what it looked like when we brought it to you. I feel like I'm driving a new car and several of our friends have looked it over and were impressed with how beautifully it has been restored.

We are completely satisfied with the treatment we received from you and all of the staff with whom we had contact.

We thank you so much. Even though our insurance company already knows what a reliable business you have, we will also let them know of our positive experience.

Thanks so much for the outstanding job your staff did repairing my Thunder Bird.

Amber was very attentive and helpful making sure that the whole process went through successfully, from beginning to end. She carefully explained all the details of what was going to be done paper wise, as well as when the car was done and what i should do in caring for the car for the next ninety days.

David was also very helpful. he gave me the schedule and what time to bring the car in, at my convenience. He gave me the completion date/time and that he would call when it would be ready for me to pick it up. He called and delivered it on time, washed and ready to go.
